Grand Opening: Sept 28, 29 & 30 from 10 AM to 6 PM at the corner of Holland Road and S. Plaza Trail, VB, 23462. Call 757-333-2370 for details or to make a donation of goods or email them.
Here is their publicity on this:

Dear Friends,

“As some of you may not know, my father was a missionary evangelist and started a mission work located in Haiti around the mid-1960’s. As his health deteriorated my husband Larry and I took over the work there. With my father gone for seven years now, we have to come up with creative ways to raise money to keep this work going.

With that being said, Dallas Plemmons Ministries would like to share some exciting news with you. Last October God gave me an idea to open a store to support our mission work in Saut d’Eau, Haiti. After almost a year of preparation, we are excited to announce the opening of that store, Forgotten Treasures. This has truly been God inspired and He has opened doors and closed others until we are right where He wants us to be.

The will consist of some new but mainly gently used home furnishings and decor. We will have many items that will be repurposed from old pieces that may be broken and turned into one of a kind furniture or accessory pieces such as a twin headboard and footboard made into a bench. There will be accessories and furniture made from reclaimed wood such as shipping pallets. There will be rugs, paintings, silver serving pieces, crystal and jewelry. We will also feature a few local artists that do original works of art and handmade jewelry. 90 to 95 percent of the items in the store will be donated and the store will have volunteers working so that more will go to support the mission work.

We invite you to join us for our Grand Opening on September 28, 29 and 30 from 10:00 to6:00. We will have refreshments and drawings for prizes. Please bring a friend and by all means tell all of your friends about this exciting new store. Also, please consider donating your unused home furnishings and decor for a tax deduction. When you purchase items from Forgotten Treasures, you can also be assured that all profits will go to support Dallas Plemmons Ministries mission work in Saut d’Eau Haiti.

If you would like to make a donation to the store before the Grand Opening, you can contact me at 757-333-2370 to make arrangements for drop off or pick up. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support and tax-deductible donations. We look forward to seeing you at the Grand Opening.”

Sincerely,
Nancy Craig
